Madeline is 3 months!!

I can't believe that it is May already and my sweet, little Madeline is 3 months old! You are such a delightful, little baby and you simply light up the world! Your face lights up with the biggest smile whenever you catch us looking at you and you kick and flail with excitement as if you can hardly contain yourself! It is hard to give you all the attention we would like to these days with 2 older sisters around (the life of a 3rd child I guess), but you never seem to mind. You are so content to just relax in your swing and watch the "goings on" or kick and play on your play mat, batting at the parrot and the elephant rattle, which are your favorite. You are doing wonderfully at night and sleeping about 6 hours, which is a nice stretch (assuming one of your sisters does not get up) and are still sleeping in our room, although I know that those days are soon coming to an end.

Your startle reflex is beginning to relax and you are somewhere between needing to be swaddled for bed and then waking yourself up in the middle of the night, because you have busted out of it.

You coo, you smile and you are just learning to sit in your bumbo seat and grab for toys. You are completely entertained by your older sisters, who give you LOTS of attention and most of the time you completely fine with it. You are growing so much everyday and you are amazing!
