Mother Nature sure has a sense of humor these days! This past Saturday was absolutely gorgeous with sunshine and 80 degree weather. This, of course ,meant dusting off the slip and slide and eating popsicles in our swimsuits all day! It was an absolutely perfect day, the kind of day that childhood memories are made of! So, in an effort to keep the day going, we decided to have an impromptu bbq with our good friends, the Hunds and the McGinnis'.
The kiddos ran around playing in the water and Ellie and Molly spent the better half of the evening making "potions" so that it would rain (why would you want it to rain when you have such beautiful weather??)

But then... Ellie and Molly made their "potions" and...
Enter the rain, cold front and SNOW??!! That was some powerful stuff!
